Out for Dinner tonight

Tonight, we went to the one restaurant in this area that I never feel I have to compromise my goals to eat there: Fish. in Sausalito.  We walked in, looked up at the board and low and behold, all the farmers I've been sourcing for our meals are the same they use!  Tomatero, Triple T, Maldon Sea Salt...it was really comforting to know that they are working really hard to serve great food from reputable sources.  Check out what they have to say about Salmon (scroll down for it) and here's a handy resource to figure out when to buy what fish
